As a way to show solidarity and extend material support towards anti-genocide initiatives in the Netherlands, I set up three projects for the riso studio: 1) providing pro-bono printing services towards grassroots organizations and activist groups wanting protest posters; 2) putting on a solidarity workshop for folks to come and design and print Palestine posters to sell for mutual aid donations for Gaza, and 3) collaborating on an art risoprinted edition with Netherlands-based artist of Palestinian descent Susanne Khalil Yusef, to sell in the Onomatopee shop, with proceeds going towards the charitable foundation Stichting Olijfboom.
